Why You Should Be Using Hairs Scrubs

We all know how important face and body scrubs are but have you heard of hair scrubs? So the idea of hair scrubs is that we approach our scalp like our face by cleansing, exfoliating and moisturising. We often don’t take care of our hair and scalp as much as we should after all the damage most of us puts it through. You’d think that washing your hair everyday would be sufficient but hair experts have proven that it does more harm than good in the long run. French women try to wash their hair only once a week to prevent their hair from thinning and scalp from irritating.

Hair scrubs are a great way to give your scalp some TLC. It efficiently works its way through the dirt, oil and product build up in your scalp. As a result, it works wonders to combat dryness and dandruff if you’re a prone victim. If you’re an overly generous user when it comes to dry shampoo or hair texture sprays like me, you’ll know the gross chalky feeling that can be left behind. Hence, this is where hair scrubs come to the rescue. Can you imagine how clogged your pores must be after all these years?

For the best results, apply the hair scrub bi-weekly and in place of your usual shampoo. Follow up after by conditioning your locks with your favorite conditioner. Once you start, you’ll never be able to live without it again. It makes your scalp feel fresher and locks lighter with less washes in a week, now that’s a major plus!
