Bali Bali! (Part 2)

The next day we decided to go up North to Seminyak and Pura Tanah Lot, a temple on an island. Seminyak was just a few minutes away from Kuta, while Pura Tanah Lot was about an hour's drive away.

On the way to Seminyak, we stopped by Pasar Seni Mertha Nadi Desa Adat Legian with little stalls that sell ton of clothes. Honestly speaking, most of the clothes you find in stalls around town are similar, the only difference being the price based on the location you're at.

Tip : BARGAIN LIKE A BITCH!!! Go early if you plan to shop, they give "morning price" aka "you're my first customer, G bless you so you get to set the price".

While in Seminyak, mom & I decided to get a tattoo. It was totally uncalled for but just for the fun of it, why not? We asked Rudy to bring us to recommended tattoo parlours around the area that were reasonably priced and he did. This is my second tattoo up to date. I got my first one in KL a few weeks ago. Mom & I decided to twin and get matching tattoos that says "bliss" on our wrists.

Bali Shadow Tattoos is where mom & I got our little souvenirs. The artists there are absolutely professional and friendly. The minimum price to start off with is IDR 500,000 (RM157). I got mine in KL for a minimum of RM200 at Pink Tattoos in Bangsar so this was considered a steal to me.

After we got our tattoos, Rudy brought us to eat the famous Babi Guling. This wasn't the restaurant we opt for but it was the only one on the way to the temple. Nevertheless, it was not a bad meal even though at some parts I was questioning the exact parts of the pig I was eating...

Back on the road and we reached the temple in a few. Surrounded by more mini stalls that sell clothes, I got a few scarves and kain batik.

Of crashing waves and high tides, the temple is located on a tiny island and you can walk there during low tide. It's another place to watch the beautiful sunset.

Last day here and I decided to evenly tan myself for a bit in the morning. Had a dip in the pool and strolled by the beach till it was time to head to the airport. Absolutely in love with Bali, great place to enjoy the sun & sea with friends & family. Wouldn't have been able to experience the things I've had for the past few days without Rudy. If you're thinking of heading to Bali anytime soon, contact Rudy! He's absolutely helpful & friendly.
